    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    + Must be available for 4 -10 hour shifts

    + No weekends

    + 2:30 pm - 1am

    + Starting Pay: $23.55/hr

    + 2nd Shift premium

     

    This position is responsible for the maintenance and repairs to Menard owned equipment.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Perform mechanical repairs to semi-trailers

    + Diagnose problems

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues

    + Perform accurate and timely repairs

    + Look for additional repairs beyond what's listed

    Skills/Requirements

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    + Some sort of direct mechanical experience or an accredited technical degree

    + Provide their own tools

    + Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask

    + Parts knowledge

    + Must be able to take direction from management

    + Must be able to work independently

    + Able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
