We are looking for a **Client Relations and Acquisition Specialist** to join our **Retail Banking Administration** team in Houston, TX.

Essential Functions:

+ Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.

+ Responsible for expanding client base by sourcing new relationships and cross-selling bank products and services to new and existing relationships.

+ Responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems as needed. May assist clients with product offerings, selection, loan application processes and opening accounts.

+ Generates qualified referrals while following operational procedures and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

+ Provides support to business unit personnel as needed.

+ Assists with department projects and tasks as needed.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ yrs experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

+ Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.

+ Must have good customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Ability to use a variety of computer software.

+ Ability to cross sell bank products.

+ Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.

**Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
