Description
The Physician Practice Optimization Program Director is a critical role that blends analytical rigor with strategic program management. The goal is to enhance the performance, efficiency, and financial outcomes of practices across our diverse healthcare service area. The individual in this role will collaborate directly with physicians, clinic leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage initiatives focused on operational optimization, billing, coding, scheduling, and overall performance improvement. Additionally, this role will support strategic planning, business development, and change management efforts in line with the organization's integrated strategic and financial goals.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
+ 5 years of experience in a team leadership role
+ 7 years of progressively responsible experience in health care operations in a multi-facility health system directing program operations
+ 7 years of experience working independently with minimal supervision
+ 10 or more years of experience in conflict resolution
+ 10 or more years of experience working as part of an interdisciplinary care team
+ Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's Degree: MBA, MHA, MPH, or graduate degree in a related field
+ Tech savvy with strong data analysis skills
+ Experience with Epic and Tableau
+ PMP (Project Management Professional)
+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
+ CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality)
