If you thrive on connecting with your community, making complex forecasts relatable, and turning local weather into a great story, we want you on our team! Duties:

+ Produce and present engaging, accurate weather and occasional news reports across all platforms.

+ Write and deliver weather stories in a clear, conversational, and approachable style, not over-the-top, but full of warmth and authenticity.

+ Ensure all weather and news content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality.

+ Collaborate with producers and the morning team to keep the show fun, informative, and true to its mission: sending people out the door with a smile.

+ Bring energy and creativity to storytelling whether it’s sunshine or snow, you make viewers care about what’s happening outside.

Requirements and Skills:

+ A degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, or related field.

+ Proven on-air experience delivering weathercasts that connect and engage.

+ Strong communication and storytelling skills — you make the science relatable.

+ A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced morning environment.

+ Familiarity with the latest forecasting tools and digital weather platforms.

+ Strong understanding of the field of Meteorology and a proven track record of forecasting.

+ Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

COMPENSATION RANGE:Annual Salary: $75,000+ commensurate with experience
