    Job Description

    Seeking experienced Oracle EPM PBCS contractor to support our client’s enterprise planning and budgeting initiatives. The contractor will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle PBCS solutions to support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and hands-on experience with Oracle’s EPM Cloud suite. This role is 3x onsite in Charlotte, NC.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud – PBCS implementation and support (minimum 2 years).

    • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

    • Hands-on expertise in PBCS metadata, forms, business rules, and data mappings.

    • Experience with data integration tools (Data Management, Data Integration, EPM Automate, or FDMEE).

    • Knowledge of financial reporting tools (Smart View, Management Reports).

    • Solid understanding of financial modeling and driver-based planning concepts.

    • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
