Job Description Operation Empower is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager to join our team in a full-time role (40 hours per week). This vital position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing individualized case management, counseling, and support services to adults in recovery. The Case Manager will assess client needs, develop tailored recovery plans, and coordinate with community resources to support clients’ mental health, sobriety, and reintegration into the community. Responsibilities include leading on-site recovery groups, assisting clients in accessing wraparound services, advocating across systems of care, and ensuring smooth transitions into our recovery community. The role also involves using evidence-based approaches, fulfilling administrative duties, and maintaining professional and ethical standards.
