    **PDS Tech Commercial,** in partner with a global finance solutions provider is hiring **Machine Operators** to be part of a fast-paced production environment. In this role you’ll play a key part in the production of secure, high-quality credit and debit cards used by customers nationwide. You'll receive comprehensive training on advanced plastic production equipment and contribute directly to maintaining the accuracy and reliability of financial tools that millions depend on every day.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Operate high-performance production machines to personalize credit/debit cards.

    + Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency with job specifications.

    + Troubleshoot, maintain, and adjust machines to keep production flowing smoothly.

    + Stage finished materials for warehouse pick-up.

    + Cross-train in other departments to support team flexibility and performance.

    + Adapt to shifting production demands without advanced notice.

     

    What You’ll Need to Bring

    Required:

    + Computer proficiency and comfort with data entry.

    + Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

    + Basic math abilities to support daily production tasks.

    + Physical stamina to stand for 95% of the shift and safely lift up to 40 lbs.

    + Ability to reach, bend, climb, squat, and kneel frequently.

    Preferred:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (education, work, or military experience).

    + At least 1 year in a fast-paced production environment.

    + Prior experience operating production machinery.

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
