    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Machine / Facility Maintenance Techs** for projects located in and around **Ruther Glenn, VA** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Perform routine service and preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various machines

    + Replace components such as cylinders, pumps, bearings, and other machine parts

    + Set up and conduct minor repairs on hand tools and machinery

    + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to machine operations

    + Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair assistance, parts procurement, and service-related needs

    + Conduct troubleshooting and minor repairs on air compressors and associated systems

    + Install machine-related systems including vacuum lines, ductwork, and other auxiliary components

    + Operate various types of mobile equipment, including proficiency in using a 60ft articulating lift

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team environment

    + Proficiency in using computers and tablets to input data into maintenance management systems

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

    + Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs
