+ Plan and implement long-term global security strategies that support evolving mission needs, collaborating with U.S. and international government representatives, customer security offices, and corporate security leadership.

+ Interpret and analyze contractual documentation (SOWs, CDRLs, and security clauses) for applicability, ensuring that security obligations are accurately captured and implemented.

+ Serve as the primary liaison between program management, subcontractors, and government customers to resolve security challenges, clarify compliance interpretations, and promote best practices.

+ Advise deployed and CONUS-based teams on security procedures, providing direction and expertise to both company and government security managers.

+ Prepare and manage secure transportation, transmission, and protection plans for classified material, both domestic and international, to ensure compliant handling throughout the lifecycle.

+ Conduct investigations of security incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to mitigate future risk.

+ Support cybersecurity accreditation efforts, collaborating with Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) to ensure classified networks meet regulatory standards.

+ Organize and execute security support for off-site events, reviews, and customer demonstrations, including security plan development and onsite management.

+ Prepare for and assist with DCSA assessments and government audits, ensuring findings are properly addressed and continuous improvement is sustained.

+ Conduct subcontractor visits and compliance assessments, offering mentorship and assistance to enhance their security posture.

+ Develop and deliver engaging security education and awareness briefings tailored to audiences across multiple organizational levels.

+ Travel as required (estimated up to 15–20%) to support programs and conduct field activities.

+ This position will require periodic travel to other Raytheon or subcontractor locations.

    Qualifications you must have

+ Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cyber/Information Assurance, Business Management, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial, program, or information security, or equivalent experience in military/government security roles.

+ Experience working with NISPOM Rule (32 CFR Part 117) and related DoD, DCMA, or DCSA security requirements.

    Qualifications We Prefer

+ Advanced understanding of Raytheon defense programs, including Patriot and LTAMDS sensors, and their associated security requirements.

+ Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts and understanding of export control/security intersections.

+ Experience developing or leading security programs for Special Access Programs (SAP) or Classified Information Systems.

+ Familiarity with risk management principles, insider threat mitigation, and DCSA security rating criteria.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and regulatory guidance to non-security professionals.

+ Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, building relationships, and driving a strong security culture within multidisciplinary teams.
