    Collins Aerospace has an exciting opportunity for a SAP Business Systems and Transformation Specialist. We are looking for a passionate professional to accept a high level of responsibility within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Power & Controls SAP Principle Specialist will be part of the P&C SAP support team organization at Collins Aerospace Systems. The position will be focused on maintaining system support, evaluating business processes and SAP best practices, recommending solutions as well as project execution / alignments. This role requires SAP knowledge of Finance (FI), Controls (CO), Reporting and Compliance, Security.

     

    _**This is a hybrid position in Puerto Rico**_

    What YOU will do:

    + Create enhancement requests for the business; tasks include: requirements gathering, design, test, and creation of training material.

    + Identify and work system operation improvements.

    + Work with cross-functional groups to complete large production enhancement projects.

    + Support SAP ECC and dependent system upgrades.

    + Field complex configuration management related questions from the business including the analysis of interface documents issues and master data.

    + Support break/fix tickets and questions from the business in the following areas: Finance, Controls, Reporting, Compliance, Security.

    + Work with the digital technology team.

    + Working knowledge of SAP GUI scripting and Automate Studio.

    Qualifications YOU Must Have:

    + Must be a U.S. Citizen.

    + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

    + Experience with SAP in a finance environment.

    + 3 years’ experience in SAP support.

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    + MBA a plus.

    + 3 years’ experience in SAP.

    + Finance Closing experience within a BU a plus.

    + Configuration experience in the following areas: Finance, Controls, Reporting, Compliance, Security.

    + Knowledge of financial systems and reports, compliance, security.

    + Aerospace and Defense experience.

    + Ability to work on call schedules including weekends if necessary.

    + Working knowledge of SAP GUI scripting.
