What You Will Do

Reporting to the Quality Plant Manager at our West Indianapolis plant, you will conduct routine and specialized testing on in-process materials, finished products, ingredients, and manufacturing supplies to ensure quality and compliance. You will manage sample storage following our retention program, maintain accurate records, and communicate any quality concerns to the appropriate teams. This position will require nights, including second and/or third shift, rotating schedules.

Additional Responsibilities

+ Perform quality tests and support ad hoc special projects

+ Operate and maintain lab equipment and prepare standard testing solutions.

+ Input and analyze data, compare results to specifications, and escalate necessary issues.

+ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and support continuous improvement.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.

What You Will Bring

+ A high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).

+ 3+ years of experience in a quality, lab, or manufacturing setting.

+ Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

+ Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to interpret measurements and graphs.

+ The ability to effectively follow written, verbal, and diagrammed instructions.

What You Can Expect Physically

+ You will be regularly required to stand, walk, and communicate throughout your shift.

+ You may occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, or crouching.

+ You will work in an environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

+ You will need visual acuity for close and distance vision, color differentiation, and depth perception.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$42,000-$55,000

_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
