_SVP - Operations and Business Management – Efficiency, Enhancement_ _and Controls_
+ _Lead efficiency efforts, driving workflow process improvements and optimizing operational performance, while supporting the requirements for team effectiveness, regulatory compliance_ _and controls._
+ _Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business units on best practices in process design, operational excellence, and contributing to the development of integrated risk and controls frameworks._
+ _Champion cross-functional process reviews to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and facilitate robust adherence to laws, regulations, and Citi policies and procedures._
+ _Monitor and analyze corporate business practices and policies to identify areas for process optimization and to develop robust, compliant, and efficient operational workflows._
+ _Provide expert project management to business units for process-related initiatives, including evaluating costs/benefits, making recommendations, and supporting implementation plans for_ _enhanced efficiency and controls._
+ _Lead work with internal ICRM teams to coordinate engagement, reviews and challenge_
+ _Support CID-related internal and external audit efforts, assisting in the development and tracking of business issues and Corrective Action plans related to process and operational improvements._
+ _Support adherence with all relevant Citi compliance requirements and initiatives, such as Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA), Information Security, COB, and Records Management, as part of continuous process refinement._
Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of experience
+ Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Education:
+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
