**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

**Pay Rate:** $16.50/hour (pay increase upon conversion to permanent)

Kelly Services is hiring motivated **Warehouse Associates** to join our client’s team in Granite City, IL. This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** with great long-term potential. No prior experience is required—training is provided!

Key Responsibilities

+ Safely unload large drums/barrels from trucks (approx. 2–3 trucks per day, ~400 barrels each).

+ Operate and support production packaging lines.

+ Fill drums with liquids such as petrochemicals and other industrial products.

+ Operate sit-down, electric forklifts (training provided).

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Work independently while meeting daily production goals.

What We’re Looking For

+ **No experience required** —we’ll train the right person!

+ Reliable, accountable, and willing to learn.

+ Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.

+ Comfortable working in a **non-climate-controlled environment** (can be hot).

+ Must pass the following screenings:

+ 7-year National Criminal Record Locator (NCRL) check

+ 10-panel oral swab drug test (No THC)

Safety & Dress Code

+ Steel-toed or composite-toe boots required.

+ Work pants required.

+ Safety gear (gloves, hard hat, and safety glasses) provided.
