In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

+ Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.

+ Align with and maintain areas to 5S standards.

+ Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions.

+ Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.

+ Produce quality parts/assemblies and eliminate the cost of non-conformance.

+ Perform all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.

+ Align with all safety and work instructions.

+ Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises.

+ Reduce lead times and optimize production cycle to conform to "make-to-order".

+ Maintain competitive cost associated assembly including labor, material, tooling, inventory, etc.

For This Role, You Will Need:

+ High School diploma or GED required.

+ Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.

+ **Mechanical attitude (demonstrated through interest or experience in areas such as automotive, construction, computers, etc.).**

+ Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications and instructions.

+ Use of precision measurement tool and gauges.

+ Shop math and ability to complete calculations using handbook formulas.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

+ Associates degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ 2 – 3 years proven experience working with CNC machinery, such as mills, lathes, or grinders.
