As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within the financial sector, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for suspicious activity and reporting irregularities.

+ Help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas within the financial institution.

+ Monitor and report any security-related hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal and site personnel to support a secure environment for employees and visitors.

+ Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related events.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Possess a valid Security Professional Guard Card or license, preferred.

+ Have experience with access control and/or badge systems, preferred.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
