Our client, a leading global technology company specializing in energy, paper, raw materials, and transport & automotive markets, is seeking an Engineer 3 to join their team. As an Engineer 3, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Engineer 3

**Location:** West Monroe, Louisiana

**Pay Range:** $90000 - $110000

What's the Job?

+ Manage multiple projects and allocate resources effectively to meet business and customer demands.

+ Provide technical recommendations and support to internal and external customers.

+ Investigate problems and lead initiatives for process and quality improvements.

+ Evaluate departmental workloads to optimize efficiency and productivity.

+ Develop and mentor team members, enhancing their skills in project management and technical knowledge.

What's Needed?

+ At least 5 years of related experience in industries such as Paper & Pulp, Engineering, Service, or Machine Shop.

+ Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects.

+ Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and database management.

+ Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent industry experience.

+ Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
