Our client, a Medical Device Company is seeking a Marketing & Events Manager to join their team. As a Marketing & Events Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Events and Trade Show team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Marketing & Events Manager (Temporary)
**Location:** Wayne, NJ
**Pay Range:** $45-48/hr
What's the Job?
+ Coordinate day-to-day planning for upcoming trade shows and events
+ Manage event timelines and project trackers to ensure timely execution
+ Collaborate with vendors on logistics such as booth setup, shipping, signage, AV needs, and budget management
+ Support review and approval of event materials including brochures, signage, and presentations
+ Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up activities
What's Needed?
+ Strong project management and organizational skills
+ Ability to manage timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination effectively
+ Clear communication skills with attention to detail
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
+ Event planning or Tradeshow's experience a must
