Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (Charlotte or Jersey City) to join their dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer (Charlotte or Jersey City), you will be part of the Data Science and AI Development department supporting innovative projects that drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for advancing AI technologies, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Learning Engineer (Charlotte or Jersey City)

**Location:** Jersey City, NJ

What's the Job?

+ Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges.

+ Architect end-to-end AI systems, including data ingestion, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.

+ Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

+ Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure best practices are implemented.

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in Python programming language.

+ Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and machine learning techniques.

+ Experience with API development, data engineering, and data analytics.

+ Background in financial services or related industries is desirable.

+ Legal authorization to work in the US (USC or GC only).
