    Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing and ceramics production, is seeking a Solid Cast I to join their team.

     

    As a Solid Cast I, you will be part of the Production Department supporting product and process development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic** , which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    Job Title:** **Solid Cast I

     

    Pay Range:** **$24.85 – $34.59 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Assemble molds and prepare casting materials following detailed work orders and blueprints.

    + Use hoists, lifting equipment, and tools to assemble and demold parts safely.

    + Perform slip casting by pouring or pumping raw materials into plaster molds.

    + Load demolded parts onto drying racks and stage molds for the drying process.

    + Support both product and process development through collaboration and adherence to safety and quality standards.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Prior manufacturing experience (strongly preferred).

    + Experience with molding processes (preferred).

    + Basic understanding of measurement tools and scales.

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions and work from written procedures.

    + Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting and equipment use.
