    **Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Middleware Developer to join their team.** As a Middleware Developer, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting the Integration and Middleware team. The ideal candidate will have **strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail** , which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Job Title:** Middleware Developer – IIB/ACE & Java

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC (Preferred) / Addison, TX (Alternate)

    **Contract type:** W2

    **What’s the Job?** _(Max of 5)_

    1. Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB/ACE), Java, and IBM MQ/DataPower.

    2. Collaborate with enterprise architects, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver complex solutions aligned with business requirements.

    3. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across multiple projects.

    4. Create project deliverables including High-Level and Low-Level Design documents, API contracts, and automation test plans.

    5. Support Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, handling incident management, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.

    **What’s Needed?** _(Max of 5)_

    1. 10+ years of hands-on experience in middleware integration projects using IIB, IBM MQ, and DataPower.

    2. 2+ years hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and strong Java programming skills.

    3. Solid Linux/Unix skills and experience with Agile tools such as Jira.

    4. Knowledge of file/message formats including SWIFT, CAMT, XML, BAI2, CSV, MTXXX; experience in banking/treasury/payment systems is a plus.

    5. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage parallel projects with attention to detail.
