Our client, a leading hospitality service provider, is seeking a Customer Surveyer to join their team. As a Customer Surveyer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting guest experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Customer Surveyer

What's the Job?

+ Provide surveys to hotel guests to gather valuable feedback.

+ Engage with guests during breakfast hours to encourage participation in surveys.

+ Sort, number, and scan completed questionnaires for data processing.

+ Maintain organized records and communicate results via WhatsApp.

+ Prepare work materials and ensure everything is ready for each service.

What's Needed?

+ Must have at least one year of experience in customer service.

+ Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

+ Availability to work any day of the week, excluding holidays.

+ Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 6:30 a.m.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
