    Responsibilities for a Production Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

    • Supervise and guide production teams to achieve daily operational goals safely and efficiently.

    • Assign work, monitor progress, and support team leads in day-to-day production operations.

    • Manage employee relations, including coaching, discipline, and policy enforcement.

    • Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate workflow, maintain efficiency, and ensure quality standards are met.

    • Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

    Candidates for the Production Supervisor role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering (required).

    • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Preferred experience with ISO 9001 QMS and SAP systems.

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
