Job Description
Join our dynamic team in a production manufacturing setting where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plastic parts production. Your responsibilities will include legibly writing and tracking order information, pulling part tickets, overseeing production, and maintaining organized machinery. You will also be involved in stacking and palletizing parts, using rulers and tape measures, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted. Additionally, you will be required to walk up and down stairs and perform quality checks on parts regularly.
Responsibilities
+ Write and track order information legibly.
+ Pull part tickets as needed for current and completed runs.
+ Oversee production of plastic parts.
+ Monitor machinery and organize parts efficiently.
+ Stack and palletize parts accurately.
+ Utilize rulers and tape measures for precision.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and walk stairs as necessary.
+ Perform quality checks on parts hourly or as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
+ Must pass a ruler/measuring test with at least a 90% score.
+ Comfortable lifting 50 lbs multiple times per shift.
+ Ability to work independently or in a team, staying on task.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous machine operation experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of micrometers, calipers, and gauges is beneficial.
+ Experience with assembly line, heavy lifting, and quality control processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
