HIRING FOR A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
$60,000 - $65,000
Responsibilities
+ Lead the planning and execution of daily operations across compounding and filling departments.
+ Develop short- and long-term production strategies.
+ Coordinate with production planners and manage set-ups and changeovers.
+ Align staffing with production needs.
+ Ensure inventory control and alignment to meet demand.
+ Operate ERP and MRP systems for scheduling and production management.
+ Responsible for developing short- and long-term production strategies, coordinating with customers, and ensuring inventory alignment to meet demand.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in inventory control and production management.
+ Proficiency with ERP and MRP systems.
+ Strong scheduling and coordinating skills.
+ Ability to supervise and operate machinery effectively.
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
+ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude.
+ Ability to analyze production metrics.
+ Experience with conflict resolution techniques.

Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, focusing on innovation and efficiency. The role requires on-site presence from 5 AM to 2:30 PM, with a dress code suitable for a production setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
