    Join a leading custom corrugated packaging company in the Midwestern United States as a 2nd Operator. This role involves working on the production floor, where you will start by handling the insertion of boxes into a machine, ensuring they are printed with a logo, and conducting quality checks.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery to process custom corrugated boxes.

    + Ensure the logo is correctly printed on each box.

    + Perform quality checks on finished products.

    + Consistently push boxes weighing up to 50lbs through the machine.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience as a Machine Operator or in General Labor roles.

    + Minimum of 6 months of production experience.

    + Ability to consistently push 50lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a production environment where temperatures can get high during the summer due to the lack of air conditioning. The team consists of approximately 20 people. The dress code requires wearing steel toe boots, and the company provides shirts. The working hours are from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday to Thursday.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
