    Job Title: Line Operator

    Job Description

    The Line Operator position is an entry-level role within our Extrusion department. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure the final product meets customer specifications.

    + Monitor and ensure the final product is wrapped around the reel in an even and neat manner.

    + Maintain a consistent check on the quality of the product.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing and production environments.

    + Proficiency in machine operating, including extrusion and upstream operations.

    + Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with machine learning and operations.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    Work Environment

     

    Join us in a clean, primarily climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Work shifts include an 8-hour workday from Monday to Friday, with options for 1st (7am-3:30pm), 2nd (3pm-11:30pm), or 3rd (11pm-7:30am) shifts. Embrace a team-oriented, non-climate-controlled work environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $20.50/hr.
