Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to partner with the project manager in scheduling various subcontractors and maintaining the project schedule. This role involves daily reporting, including project progress updates, RFIs, and Change Orders. You will oversee site safety and manage subcontractors while maintaining regular onsite communication with the end client. Additionally, you will discuss the scope of projects, budgets, overall project performance, and project closeout with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

+ Partner with the project manager to schedule various subcontractors and maintain the project schedule.

+ Provide daily reporting, including project progress updates, RFIs, and Change Orders.

+ Oversee overall site safety and manage subcontractors.

+ Maintain regular onsite communication with the end client.

+ Discuss project scope, budgets, performance, and closeout with project stakeholders.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of Site Superintendent experience.

+ Strong understanding of mechanical systems, particularly chiller systems.

+ Proficiency in MS Project.

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in construction management and subcontractor management.

+ Familiarity with MEP, HVAC, and safety protocols.

+ Knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam software.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position, requiring 3 days a week (24 hours weekly) onsite at a project in Redmond, Oregon. The project is a healthcare renovation, and a company vehicle will be provided for the role. This opportunity is ideal for someone later in their career or between projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $42.27/hr.
