    Ultrasonographer

     

    Will train new graduates!

     

    Anna Jacques Hospital is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist, to join our team of imaging professionals supporting outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department patients.

    Job Duties

    + Under the direction of the Ultrasound Supervisor and Radiologist, the Technologist performs a variety of high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams and special diagnostic ultrasoundprocedures.

    + Exams performed include abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, vascular, breast, and other small partsevaluations.

    + Special procedures include fine needle aspirations, breast core biopsies, and wire localization (will train as needed).

    Qualifications

    + 1 year of experience preferred but will train a new graduate.

    + RDMS certified or obtained within 6 months of hire.

    + BLS certification needed.
