We are seeking a PMO Analyst and play a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions while coordinating initiatives that advance our business objectives. What You Will Do
+ **Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards** and reporting tools to track portfolio health, KPIs, resources, and milestones.
+ **Produce weekly and monthly PMO metric reports** and trend analyses to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
+ **Consolidate and validate data** across multiple systems to provide accurate portfolio insights for leadership.
+ **Support creation of project charters, scope, and Gantt charts** , ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives.
+ **Track and report project timelines, risks, and issues** , escalating when necessary to maintain delivery commitments.
+ **Assist in monitoring budgets, quality plans, and procurement activities** to support financial and operational goals.
+ **Coordinate stakeholder communication and meeting logistics** , ensuring timely updates and engagement.
+ **Prepare governance reporting packages** and maintain risk registers and action trackers for assigned projects.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
+ **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent
+ **Minimum 2 years** of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or data analysis role
+ **Proficiency in Excel** and familiarity with data visualization best practices
Preferred Qualifications
+ **Experience with Power BI** and dashboard development
+ **CAPM or equivalent certification**
+ **Exposure to portfolio management tools** (e.g., Planview, Smartsheet, MS Project)
+ **Familiarity with project management methodologies** (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
