We are seeking an Senior Business Strategy Manager, Skilling to support Americas skilling with program management of skilling initiatives like Manager Empowerment, Learning Day execution and Industry skilling rollout. In this role, you will drive program and project management excellence across multiple projects to drive adoption of tools, optimize execution, and accelerate seller performance.
You will collaborate closely with teammates across worldwide and the Americas to ensure programs are relevant, actionable, and effective. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement, enabling sellers to deliver results in complex environments while fostering a culture of adaptability and growth. Responsibilities
+ **Sales Strategy Project/Program Leadership** : Develops, manages, and executes Sales Strategy project(s) as a project/program lead through defining plans, goals, deliverables, feedback, and timing expectations, providing structure and guidance for others. Proactively identifies and address roadblocks. Manages projects independently and/or in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.
+ **Cross-functional Joint Planning** : Establishes and maintains key points of contact with internal teams. Manages and cultivates relationships with leaders of internal teams. Acts as subject matter expert with business leaders on a particular area of expertise, leveraging and broadening deep sales/product knowledge and market/solution area awareness for a domain to inform strategic sales planning decisions.
+ **Apply Change Management** : Uses change management strategies to drive adoption of new sales techniques and tools, business priorities, or organizational changes impacting our sellers ensuring smooth transitions for teams.
+ **AI** : Stays up to date on AI advancements to build AI fluency for our sellers.
+ **Adapt in a Dynamic Environment** : Manages multiple priorities, delivering high-quality results while responding to evolving business needs.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field AND Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.
+ 4+ years of experience in learning and development or sales training roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
+ PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
+ PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, or equivalent certification.
+ Experience in the technology industry, particularly within Microsoft’s ecosystem.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft’s core priorities and strategic direction.
+ Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
+ Excellence in all areas of program and project management, particularly organization and detail management.
Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
