As a **Quality Engineer III** here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services. You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance processes and methodologies to enhance product reliability and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location onsite Monday-Friday.
In this role, you will impact the quality assurance processes by utilizing your expertise to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that our products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Monitor contract performance against defined quality scope, and identify areas for assertion
+ Ensure Quality Contract deliverables are aligned with site and business requirements
+ Undertake the development and implementation of advanced quality control processes and procedures through projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support customer quality
+ Engage in the continuous monitoring and analysis of intricate quality performance metrics.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery of quality products to customers
+ Guarantee and maintain strict compliance with industry standards and regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
+ 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector
+ 1+ years in a customer facing role
+ Knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
+ Strong knowledge of quality engineering methodologies and tools
+ AS9100/ISO9001 Audit Experience
WE VALUE
+ Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
+ Additional certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or Internal Auditor Certification
+ Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
+ Proficiency in change management methodologies.
+ Demonstrates working under minimal supervision, with latitude for independent action and decision making
