    ROLE SUMMARY:

    The Commercial Specialist is responsible for driving brand visibility and revenue growth throughproactive sales outreach and on-site program planning and execution. This role reports directly to theSenior Commercial Manager, with a dotted-line to the Schools & Groups Marketing team, and isaccountable for delivering against set S&G targets.

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Relationship Development

    + Drive new business through proactive outreach to schools, daycares, and community groups.

    + Build and nurture long-term partnerships that foster repeat engagement.

    + Identify trends and tailor sales strategies to meet evolving market needs.

    + Represent the resort at trade shows, educational events, and familiarization tours.

    Event Planning & Program Execution

    + Design and deliver engaging youth and education programs that reflect our brand values.

    + Coordinate logistics, schedules, and team collaboration to ensure seamless execution.

    + Partner with internal teams to create specialized group packages and marketing materials.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Act as a key liaison between marketing, operations, and guest services to ensure alignment.

    + Share insights and feedback to continually enhance sales processes and guest experiences.

    + Support operational planning and on-site execution of school and group visits.

    Guest Experience & Safety

    + Champion exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.

    + Monitor feedback and implement continuous improvements.

    + Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards, reporting risks or incidents promptly.

    Experience & Qualifications

    + 3+ years of experience in **sales, marketing, or business development** , ideally within education, tourism, or entertainment.

    + Strong understanding of **youth programs, schools, and community engagement** .

    + Proven success in **driving revenue growth** , managing group contracts, and executing events.

    + Excellent **communication, organization, and problem-solving** skills.

    + Adept at working collaboratively across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

    + A passion for **creating memorable guest experiences** that combine learning and fun.
