Working within the spirit of the Sartorius Core Values, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate receipt of inbound material into inventory along with the pulling and preparing of finished goods for final shipment to customers. Must comply and adhere to all applicable Sartorius Corporation policies and procedures.

As the Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring searchability, retrieval, documentation, and space optimization within a warehouse.

What you will accomplish together with us:

+ Receive inbound materials and non-inventory Purchase Orders and verify contents and compare with records such as manifests, packing slips, or invoices to verify accuracy of incoming shipments (Part No., Quantity and Batch/Serial No.)

+ Record the receipt of material into company ERP system.

+ Transfer material to Incoming Quality Inspection, if required, or to the main warehouse.

+ Organize and maintain stock shelves in an orderly fashion that complies with ISO policies and procedures

+ Build and shrink-wrap pallets

+ Pull parts needed by in-house technicians and assure that proper documentation is completed.

+ Organize and maintain inbound repair shelves

+ Verify shipments w/ NYSC Service Coordinator

+ Perform daily cycle counts and other counts as required

+ Report inventory Discrepancies and Damages for incoming receipts and document in QN module in SAP

+ Knowledge of shipping platforms: UPS Wordship, FedEx Ship Manager and SAP/ERP Interface.

+ Pick inventory, box and pack all outbound repairs to fulfill deliveries to customers

+ Accurately prepare appropriate paperwork for Domestic and International shipments

+ Interact with internal customers to carry out the shipping process

+ Routine use of pallet jack and forklift

+ Keep inventory accurate in Finished Goods warehouse

+ Work closely within the Warehouse Group to cover manpower shortages

+ Be an active participant in Continual Improvement Process and Work Cell Goals and Objectives

+ Strive to meet goals and objectives as listed by Warehouse Manager

+ Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Warehouse that fall into the knowledge and skills required for this position
