    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Support Specialist to assist in the migration of branch RF units (Zebra scanners) into our Microsoft Intune-managed database. This is an entry-level technical role ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in device setup, support, and particularly with Zebra scanning devices.

     

    Goal: Bringing unmanaged or legacy RF units under centralized management via Microsoft Intune, which allows for device configuration, security enforcement, and remote management.

     

    This will pay 18hr-21/hr depending on experience. Will need to be onsite 5 days.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    • Basic understanding of mobile device management (MDM) systems, preferably Microsoft Intune.

    • Experience with Zebra scanners or similar RF devices.

    • Familiarity with Android OS and Wi-Fi/network setup.

    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Technical Certifications
