    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Product Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with strategic business goals.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements.

    • Technical Partnership: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product vision.

    • Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate across development, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

    • Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic product decisions.

    • User-Centered Design: Champion user needs and ensure product experiences exceed expectations.

    • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of full stack development principles and modern web technologies.

    • Product Management Expertise: Proven ability to drive product strategy, manage roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams.

    • User Story Development: Demonstrated experience writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.

    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and business domains.

    • Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.

    • Agility: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Technical Background: Previous experience in full stack development, specifically with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

    • REST API Development: Strong understanding of REST API development

    • Product Management: Experience in driving product roadmaps and collaborating with stakeholders.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with or at T-Mobile

    • Familiarity with the MERN or MEAN tech stack

    • Experience working with REST APIs

    • Background in workflow automation or process optimization
