_This will be a first shift position on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off!_

+ Performs operational tests on a wide variety of moderately complex production components, subassemblies and systems using data sheets, schematics, wiring diagrams, established test specifications and standard test procedures, which clearly outline procedures to be followed.

+ Demonstrates an extensive understanding of test equipment, subassemblies, and components related to electronics and fundamental electrical principles.

+ Sets up and operates in accordance with prescribed procedures a variety of test stands consisting of multiples of standard test equipment such as pulse generators, amplifiers, oscilloscopes, voltmeters, counters, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers etc.

+ Works with engineering instructions and standard test procedures to operationally test developmental products as required.

+ Interprets test data and checks results against specifications, test procedures and data sheets to determine proper functioning and test quality of product.

+ Deviates from standard test procedures as required to troubleshoot, locate and diagnose malfunctions within the unit requiring application of technical knowledge, skill and ingenuity. Realigns and readjusts unit as required.

+ Designates rework instructions where necessary and retests after rework.

+ Approves / rejects test results. Records test data and submit test failure/acceptance reports. Notifies supervisor of unusual conditions or undesirable trends.

+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School Diploma OR GED

2 year degree at a Technical school and/or College degree

Or

At least 4 years work experience

Secret Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $61304 - $98086

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
