Insight Global is searching for a Telecommunications Construction Manager to support our client in Anchorage AK. The Construction Manager is responsible for managing large projects, developing and implementing projects, programs, and procedures that have a general organizational impact. The role requires providing functional and technical guidance to junior staff while fostering teamwork within the area of responsibility. The Construction Manager will manage a wide variety of projects, ensuring all are completed on schedule and within budget.

Essential Duties:

* 45% Contract and manage outside consultants and contractors.

* 15% Create project scope of work (SOW) and bill of materials (BOM), and oversee and participate in the procurement of materials.

* 10% Develop and maintain project budgets.

* 10% Develop and maintain project schedules, including traditional Gantt and PERT charts.

* 10% Support and define project scopes with internal and external customers, and oversee and participate in the development and resourcing of materials.

* 10% Ensure complete documentation of projects.

Skills and Requirements

* 8 years of Construction Management experience

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Construction

Manager experience can substitute

* Minimum 3 years of telecommunication specific construction management experience

* Experience managing consultants, contractors, developing scopes of works * Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Management, Business, Telecommunications

* Construction Management (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications
