Skills and Requirements

Agile Transformation & Delivery

• Champion the shift from Waterfall to Agile methodologies across data center infrastructure and cloud programs.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Partner with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Product Owners to ensure consistent Agile practices across teams.

• Facilitate the adoption of SAFe Agile principles and Lean Portfolio Management strategies.

Program Oversight & Execution

• Manage interdependencies across multiple Agile teams and traditional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and financial variance analysis.

• Track and report program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with transparency and accuracy.

Backlog & Planning Leadership

• Develop and maintain strategic program backlogs in collaboration with value stream leaders.

• Support estimation, prioritization, and capacity planning to optimize delivery outcomes.

• Coordinate PI Planning logistics, including feature decomposition, dependency mapping, and iteration planning.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

• Act as a change agent to promote Agile adoption across business and technical teams.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve impediments that hinder delivery.

• Influence senior leadership and stakeholders to align on Agile goals and delivery strategies.

• Proven experience managing Agile programs in infrastructure and cloud environments.

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and transformation strategies.

• Strong background in PI Planning, backlog management, and Agile metrics.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications preferred: PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
