    Reporting To: Production Supervisor

     

    Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 / hour

    Description

    Overview: Operator will be responsible for winding capacitor sections using various automatic winding machines

     

    1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

    Key Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret work orders for correct set-up

    + Plan workload to keep up with production lines

    + Set-up and operate winders

    + Monitor winders to consistently produce a quality product

    + Diagnose malfunctions and perform minor repairs

    + Deliver sections to next operation

    + Keep work area neat and clean

    + Other Duties as assigned

     

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

     

    Job Prerequisites

     

    + Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications; and use measurement devices

    + Good attendance record

    Education Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    Physical/Mental Requirements

    + Full body movement

    + Good eyesight

    + Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

    One element in our total compensation package is pay. The starting pay for this role is between $16.00 - $17.00 / per hour
