**Job Title:** CMMS Maintenance Planner

**Pay:** $28.85 – $34.62 + $2.00 shift differential

Schedule:

+ **2nd Shift:** Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (1 opening)

+ **3rd Shift:** Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM ()

**Location:** Perris, CA (Near Indian Ave & Morgan St)

**Type:** Contract-To-Hire

About the Role

As the **CMMS Maintenance** **Planner** , you’ll play a key role in maintaining the heartbeat of a high-volume distribution center. You’ll work with the Maintenance/Facilities team to maintain Distribution Center assets properly. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate spare parts inventory, ensuring associate labor is scheduled optimally, and keeping accurate records within the Maintenance Department Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). In addition, the role provides customer service to operations and vendor teams and supports the maintenance management team in meeting compliance guidelines.

What You’ll Do

+ Coordinate, plan, schedule, and verify preventative and corrective maintenance work within the CMMS (Dematic Sprocket) for Facilities Maintenance Associates.

+ Work closely with Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to ensure work is prioritized effectively.

+ Assist with building efficient work packages (kitting) for planned repairs and projects.

+ Maintain spare parts inventory accuracy and ensure critical spares are available.

+ Track and report labor hours, work orders, and PM completion rates.

+ Support the maintenance team in identifying process improvements and efficiency gains.

+ Provide customer service to internal teams by resolving work order issues and ensuring timely communication.

+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company guidelines.

Requirements

+ **Citizenship:** Must be a US Person

+ **Drug Screen:** 5-panel (includes marijuana)

+ **Background Check:** 7 years

+ minimum of 2 years experience with CMMS systems (Dematic Sprocket highly preferred).

+ Prior experience in facilities or maintenance planning within a distribution or manufacturing environment.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). **Pay Details:** $28.85 to $34.62 per hour
