We’re Looking For Someone Who:

+ Is fluent in **English and Spanish**

+ Is proficient in **Excel** for data recording and reporting

+ Has **welding or machine maintenance experience** (certifications a plus but not required)

+ Can work both **day and night shifts**

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate machinery like **lathes, drills, grinders, presses, and welding equipment**

+ Monitor production, make adjustments, and ensure **quality standards**

+ Perform quality checks and corrective actions on finished products

+ Load and unload raw materials and finished goods

+ Assemble metal components and perform finishing tasks

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet goals

+ Follow all **safety procedures** and wear required PPE

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred

+ Hands-on operation of metalworking machinery and tools

+ Understanding of blueprints/schematics a plus

+ Welding experience highly desirable

+ Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality

+ Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure

+ Flexible schedule and availability for overtime

Physical Requirements:

+ Lift/carry materials up to 50 lbs. independently, 75 lbs. with assistance

+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching

+ Handle small components and operate precision machinery

+ Push/pull carts or pallets as needed

+ Climb ladders or access equipment platforms when required

+ Work in environments with noise, vibration, dust, fumes, and temperature changes

+ Wear **all required PPE** at all times

+ Maintain stamina and focus for repetitive tasks during long shifts

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
