Job Description
Tundraland Home Improvements is searching for a talented Service & Warranty Coordinator to expand and help improve the level of support that our Service Team provides to customers and internal teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with Service Technicians, internal stakeholders, and homeowners is a must. This position requires consistent attention to detail and complete follow-through. This person will be a key member to the Service Team who will ensure that all open service requests are scheduled with our field service technician team, keeping communication with homeowners throughout the course of their service.
Responsibilities:
+ Answer calls from previous customers and schedule service requests for homeowners with local service technicians
+ Assess customer’s service needs, antiticpate and gather all information needed to accurately inform technicians of service detail
+ Maintain and optimize the service technician schedules for efficacy and maximized capacity
+ Update customer files in CRM at each point of action and customer interaction
+ Provide the highest level of customer service via phone and email
+ Order parts and materials for required services
+ Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and patient as well as highly detail-oriented and data-efficient.
Qualifications:
+ Experience in construction, baths/showers, decks, and windows preferred but not required
+ Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlooks, Word, Excel)
+ Previous scheduling experience
+ At least 1 year customer service experience in an office or administrative environment
+ High school diploma or equivalent
