    Chemours is seeking a **Senior Accountant, External Reporting​** to join our growing **Finance** team! This position will report directly to the **External Reporting Lead​** at our **Wilmington, DE** location.

    The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

    + Prepare SEC reporting materials such as Form 10Q and 10K, and assist in future offering documents;

    + Prepare and provide financial data and analyses for quarterly earnings release and various investor presentations;

    + Analyze relevant financial data such as balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of the global financials and consistency of financial disclosures;

    + Compliance with SOX and other internal controls over financial reporting;

    + Assists in company implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements;

    + Perform technical research as necessary;

    + Interact with global controllership and independent public accountants on accounting and reporting matters;

    + Identify and initiate process improvements for functional productivity.

    The following is** **_required_** **for this role:

    + BS Accounting/Finance; CPA is required (or in process at time of application)

    + Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC Reporting

    + At least 4-5 years of experience with Big 4 or similar or industry related experience in an accounting and external reporting role

    + Strong oral and written skills

    + Self-directed and accountable

    + Strong analytical skills

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks

    + Works well in teams with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization

    Pay Range (in local currency):

    $105,280.00 - $164,500.00

    Chemours Level:

    26

    Annual Bonus Target:

    11%
