    Venturi, LLC, A Chenega Company, has a challenging career opportunity for a **Deployment Analyst – Advanced** who will provide deployment, logistical, sustainment, and operational support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This Analyst will work on the TEAMS Next Facilities Lifecycle Management Contract (FLCM).

    Responsibilities

    This support includes, but is not limited to, planning, research, and analysis; operations requirements development and management; and deployed site execution, as they relate to these functional areas:

    + Deployment planning, support, and sustainment from project concept through transition of a Missile Defense System (MDS) asset to a Lead Service or Host Nation.

    + Stakeholder coordination through the execution of Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams.

    + Facility acquisition process.

    + Problem resolution and Lessons Learned.

    + Execution of deployed site operations and support services.

    + Site Activation/Deployment Integration documentation development and management.

    + Planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of site activation/deployment integration and MDS system deployment requirements.

    + Developing program planning documents (schedules, statements of work, cost estimate support, activation/ integration plans).

    + Developing site deployment facilities requirements documentation and site deployment plans.

    + Development of Standard Operating Procedures for on-site operational activities that promote continual process improvement.

    + Coordination and execution of daily operational administration at MDS-deployed sites.

    + Mentor and provide guidance/oversight to basic and intermediate analysts.

    + Rotational deployment to MDS sites to support on-site construction activities oversight and reporting.

    + Operational support to multiple Deployment Product Managers.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + BA/BS degree with 13+ years of relevant experience.

    + MA/MS in any field may be substituted for 3+ years of relevant experience

    + Secret clearance

    Desired:

    + Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency and Department of Defense projects

    + Project management experience during site deployment, to include construction, master schedules, budget, and configuration management

    + Experience developing policies, plans, processes, procedures, and guidance for site activation, system deployment, and site sustainment practices

    + Experience developing and implementing program activities; and coordinating efforts of multiple stakeholders, prime contractors, subcontractors, and support service personnel

    + Experience developing acquisition plans and supporting procurement actions and scopes of work

    + Experience mentoring junior-level staff members

    + Flexibility to travel/deploy to customer sites for up to 30-40 days at a time, and up to 2-3 times per year. This includes both U.S. and international sites.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Capable of leading and executing analytical tasks, utilizing both analytical techniques and processes for complex developmental and operational programs.

    + Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities as an analyst.

    + Capable of leading the development and utilization of analytic tools, techniques, and processes for both technical and administrative support activities.

    + Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems

    + Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.

    + Demonstrated excellent communication, briefing, and writing skills, with a technical writing capability desired
