What We Offer
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of System Integration Services to lead the design, development, and implementation of system-to-system interfaces. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration between internal applications and external partners, including providers and customers.
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM (On call support required, as needed).
Department: IT Enterprise Data Management
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of integration solutions across internal and external systems.
+ Develop and manage standardized processes for implementing and supporting system integration solutions.
+ Oversee tactical and project plans to deliver integrated departmental, enterprise, and external application solutions.
+ Ensure timely execution of tasks and maintain compliance with reporting and documentation standards.
+ Build and maintain expertise in enterprise integration tools and technologies.
+ Apply and enforce integration standards and procedures to ensure consistency and high quality across all projects.
+ Provide leadership and mentorship to integration teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
+ Proven leadership experience in systems integration or related IT project management roles.
+ Strong understanding of enterprise integration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within established timelines.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to develop and implement standardized processes and procedures.
+ Experience with integration platforms, APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols is highly desirable.

Qualifications
+ Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or related field, required.
+ Experience:
+ 8 years of direct technical experience on infrastructure architecture, design and implementation best practices with hands-on administrative experience with core technologies – Message oriented middleware, required.
+ 3 years Demonstrated people management experience motivating and leading a technical team, required.

+ · Effectively manages multiple priorities with strong organization and planning skills. · Capable of managing a team across multiple large projects simultaneously. · Demonstrates knowledge of process improvement principles and applies appropriately to improvement activities. · Collaborates with leaders and assists architects in defining the roadmap. · Provides consistent and fair oversight by creating an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving. · Proficient knowledge in message oriented middleware, HL7 Standards and understanding of Integration methodology and architecture, File transfer standards (FTP, SFTP, HTTPS), Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture, SOAP, XML, JSON, REST, WSDL, Product Application support, AIX/UNIX, EPIC Bridges, Red Hat, TCL/TK, JavaScript. · Leads research on emerging technologies to drive innovation to deliver a stable, scalable, and secure environment and effectively communicate solutions within the team and to various levels of management. · Participates in key technical and design discussions with technical architects and leads. · Provide assessment, strategies, advisory services, and technical vision to prospects and customers as part of the data platform integration strategy. · Leverage automation technologies to rapidly deliver environments while maintaining configuration management across the enterprise. · Analyzes Information Technology architecture requirements and systems/application compatibility to implement data integrations across the Enterprise. · Manage the life cycle of the data conversion and migration platform (installation, upgrade, patching, and maintenance). · You will know if you are successful if:
