**Experience Required:** 10+ years in SAP PP and QM
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end SAP QM implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QM with PP, MM, SD, and other modules.
+ Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
+ Design and configure QM processes including inspection planning, results recording, defect management, and quality notifications.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and production processes.
+ Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards.
+ Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
+ Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and support teams.
+ Support audit and compliance activities related to quality processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM and PP modules.
+ Proven track record of leading SAP QM implementations or rollouts.
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
+ Experience with integration points between QM and other SAP modules.
+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage change.
+ Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($85 - 90 hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
