    Senior Manager, Fluke Creative Studio

     

    The Senior Manager, Fluke Creative Studio will lead a multidisciplinary internal agency within Fluke’s Marketing organization — driving high-volume, creative excellence, organic growth, operational efficiency, and strategic impact. This leader will oversee a talented team specializing in content, design, photography, and videography, and will manage external agencies and freelance networks to scale creative production globally.

     

    The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an executor—able to lead and inspire creative innovation while operationalizing workflows that deliver high-quality, branded campaigns and assets at scale. They will play a critical role in evolving the studio into a modern, agile, and insight-driven creative engine, ensuring all work reflects Fluke’s brand purpose, connects emotionally with audiences, and supports business growth across regions and channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Creative Studio Leadership:

    + Lead, inspire, and develop a cross-functional creative team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, innovation and results-driven creativity.

    + Champion an inclusive environment where ideas thrive and diverse perspectives shape stronger creative outcomes.

    Creative Strategy & Execution:

    + Develop and execute holistic, 360° campaigns across digital, print, video, and experiential media.

    + Partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Digital and other stakeholder teams to ensure every asset supports positioning, business priorities, and market goals.

    + Drive storytelling that builds awareness, engagement, and demand across multiple customer segments and geographies.

    Organic Growth & Performance (Content-Led SEO / AEO / GEO)

    + Oversee the content strategy and creative execution that supports SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives—ensuring all content is discoverable, relevant, and engaging.

    + Partner with the Digital Marketing team to align keyword insights, search intent, and platform best practices, then translate those into compelling creative and content deliverables.

    + Lead the team in producing web, video, and other content optimized for organic visibility and user experience, driving increased traffic and lead generation.

    + Champion continuous improvement in content performance through analytics and insight-driven storytelling.

    Operational & Resource Management:

    + Build and maintain a scalable network of external agencies, production partners, and freelancers to flex capacity and meet global demand.

    + Optimize workflows, creative intake, and project management processes to increase efficiency and velocity in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations.

    + Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.

    Innovation & Modernization:

    + Lead the Creative Studio’s exploration and adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline production and enhance creative output.

    + Stay ahead of cultural, design, and digital trends to ensure the Fluke brand remains contemporary and relevant.

    + Infuse data-driven insights into creative strategy and campaign planning.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    + Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure creative output aligns with global go-to-market strategies.

    + Act as a trusted advisor and creative thought partner to senior stakeholders.

    + Facilitate creative workshops and brainstorms that inspire bold ideas and innovative thinking across the organization.

    Quality & Performance:

    + Establish and uphold creative standards for brand consistency, storytelling quality, and customer impact.

    + Measure and communicate the studio’s contribution to business outcomes through KPIs, analytics, and feedback loops.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 10+ years of progressive experience leading creative or brand teams within an agency or in-house environment.

    + Proven track record developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable business results.

    + Expertise across content strategy, SEO/AEO/GEO, design, art direction, photography, and videography.

    + Deep understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging media channels.

    + Experience leading hybrid teams (internal and external) and scaling creative operations globally.

    + Proficiency with creative and project management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Monday.com).

    + Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + History of demonstrating creative excellence and strategic impact

    The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 111,500.00 - 207,100.00
