Summary:

Dalton Place is seeking a competent Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our 172-unit residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential property management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare market surveys

+ Outreach marketing and updating online ads

+ All leasing functions including evictions and move ins

+ Various reporting responsibilities

+ Processing security deposit refunds

+ Accounts receivable duties including collection & processing of rent income

+ Send former tenants past due accounts for collection

+ Resident event planning

+ Upkeep with the property's social media accounts

Skills:

+ Property management experience

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software

+ MRI experience preferred

+ Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques

+ Customer-focused approach

+ Comply with all state and federal fair housing trainings
