    Summary:

    Meta seeks an exceptional operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team, a critical function delivering the data and insights powering machine learning and the Threads ecosystem across all Meta products. As a Manager on the PDO Family of Apps team, you will lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of essential data to product teams for Meta’s Threads products. This role requires a leader navigating 24/7 workflows, supporting an experienced team, and adapting to rapidly evolving product priorities. You will champion AI adoption within the Threads team and contribute to broader AI integration efforts, collaborating closely with Meta's product and engineering teams to accelerate the company's product roadmap.

    Required Skills:

    Manager, Product Data Operations Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and empower a team of Project Managers to deliver high-quality, timely, and accurate data for Threads product development

    2. Champion the integration and implementation of AI solutions to optimize workflows, enhance operational velocity, efficiency, and data quality

    3. Build and maintain robust, collaborative cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Science/Engineering, Ops partners, and other cross-functional teams

    4. Drive operational and product service quality for the Family of Apps team, ensuring high standards in data delivery and stakeholder satisfaction

    5. Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, developing and implementing innovative, scalable solutions to enhance team performance and impact

    6. Establish team goals and collaborate with stakeholders on strategies for execution, measurement, and reporting

    7. Foster a results-oriented team that operates with ownership and care

    8. Maintain a customer-focused orientation, leveraging analytical, presentation, and client-facing skills to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams

    Minimum Qualifications:

    9. 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, data operations, project management, or a related field within a technology or product-focused environment

    10. 2+ years of people management experience

    11. Demonstrated proficiency strategically prioritizing and driving key initiatives, effectively managing cross-functional stakeholders

    12. Proven executive presence and exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing executive leadership and driving alignment

    13. Proven critical thinking and analytical leadership skills, adept at translating complex data and operational challenges into actionable strategies

    14. Highly adaptable and collaborative, thriving in ambiguous, and rapidly evolving product environments

    15. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    16. Advanced proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization using modern analytics tools

    17. Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling AI solutions to automate processes, improve quality, and deliver cutting-edge services

    18. Experience managing high-stakes, time-sensitive workflows with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and risk mitigation

    19. Prior experience in management consulting or a comparable strategic advisory role

    20. Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation

    Public Compensation:

    $143,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
