    Job Summary:

    Primary Care physician needed to serve growing population in Bowling Green, Kentucky and surrounding communities.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + ABMS board eligible or board certified

    + Primary care subspecialty areas of interest will be considered

    + Kentucky licensure or ability to obtain

    + Ability to work Full Time in primary care outpatient clinic

    + Interest in supervising primary care advanced practice providers
